How do free trial classes work?
Submit the trial form with your preferred course and time. Our team reviews availability, matches a tutor where possible and confirms the class details.
Can a parent manage more than one learner?
Yes. One parent account can manage separate learner profiles, each with their own course, tutor, schedule and progress history.
Do I need to provide a card for the trial?
No card is required for the default free-trial policy. Trial settings remain configurable by the owner.
Which time zone will I see?
The platform stores schedules in UTC and presents class times in the time zone selected on your account.
